Shipping Policy

Shipping by SPEEDEX courier and payment by debit/credit card: 1-3 working days. Free shipping over €40.00. Unless it is a hard-to-reach area, in which case you will be able to pick it up from the nearest courier in your area.

The shipping fee is €5 for orders up to €40.00.

Shipping by SPEEDEX courier and payment by COD: 1-3 working days. The cash on delivery fee is €3.

Send as a gift: This option concerns sending a gift to a third party address. When completing your order at checkout, select the shipping address you wish the items to be sent as Gifts. The details of the recipient of the gift will not be used by us, except to send the gift. The purchase receipt will be sent to you by email.

In-store pickup: In-store pickup: 2-4 business days with free shipping.

Transaction, Refund and Product Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order, replace or return products for any reason, within 7 calendar days, by phone during business hours.

If you wish to cancel your order after they have been sent, you will only be charged €5 (including shipping costs).

In the event that you wish to return the products after receiving them, then this can be done with a shipping charge of €6 and only after contacting us by phone and as long as the products are intact without having opened their original packaging. In the event that the return is due to our fault, you will not be charged return costs.

In case of cancellation of your transaction or return of the products in accordance with the above conditions and given that the payment has already been made, then your money will be returned (withholding possible shipping costs) by depositing it into your personal account within 5 working days from on the day of cancellation agreement.

For heavy or bulky items, shipping is by arrangement.

According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the volume measurement of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in centimeters/5000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the result of the volume measurement.

Because available quantities are constantly changing some products are not immediately available. In this case, you will be informed by phone to ensure the smooth progress of your order.
